Learn more about programs hosted by the Urban Christian Leadership Center.
A 10-month structured program focused on theological education, leadership skills, and vocational discernment for emerging ministry leaders. Students attend a pilgrimage to get hands-on experience, plan actionable steps, and envision what God has in store for the ministry.
Ministerial Implementation Program
Designed for graduates of our Leadership Development Program to be guided through a ministry-planting journey. Through this program, English-speaking ministries are planted within Spanish-speaking churches with the assistance of UCLC Advisors.
